Office Meet Yoga is proud to offer a growing selection of nutrition courses. These classes are more than a presentation—they’re informative and hands-on experiences specially designed to leave you with new skills and a plan to fuel your body, create nourishing meals in a short amount of time, and help manage that ever-elusive work/life balance.
OMY’s nutrition classes are available for offices, events, or conferences. We lead these educational workshops on-site, virtually, or via pre-recorded sessions for a plug and play experience.
